I am immensely proud of how my daughter has developed over the past months. She has changed from a quiet member of the group to one who participates fully in activities. She has an improved sense of balance, identity as a member of the team, ability to follow instructions and routine.

The club is relaxed and friendly, organised and professional. It's a logical, practical system that you can start to apply to all aspects of everyday life right from the first week, without any of the conditioning, strength or flexibility required for other martial arts to be effective.

I started WingTsun at the Northampton School just over two months ago and soon got over my initial nervousness due to the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly reception that I received from my Teacher Si Hing Andy and my fellow Students. During the time that I have been training I am already feeling the benefits even though before this I had never done any Martial Arts. My confidence has grown and I am amazed at the physical benefits that I have had in such a short time. I would thoroughly recommend WingTsun to anybody.

WingTsun has made me more confident, both in myself and in my body as well as giving me the tools to improve myself through the principles of WingTsun, which can be applied to all parts of life not only in self defence, and through meeting many great people through the school and from other schools in the region.

My Daughter Catherine has been training in the Coventry school for 20 months now and has gained many positive experiences in the WT Juniors Programme.
She has been blessed with some tuition taught by some of the best instructors in the region, and is now taking her first steps on the leadership programme for juniors. This is a massive change from the shy, quiet little girl that I once new and is now a very confident, loud, and self assertive young lady.
These new skills she has obtained are shinning through, and are happily contagious to other students, Catherine has also trained in the Leamington Spa School on occasion and I have found this to be excellent for the time constrains on our family. Catherine really enjoys WingTsun and this programme has also helped to stamp out a bullying issue she had at school last year.
I would heartily recommend the WingTsun programme to any children and her enthusiasm has inspired me to start the adult Course too.

I've been taking WingTsun classes now for about two months and I have been thoroughly enjoying it.
The style has helped me develop coordination and fitness quite noticeably in a very short time. I was inspired to start by a few of my friends, who I could tell had developed considerably over just a few months.
WingTsun is a great system of self-defence. You don't have to be big and covered in muscles and you don't need to endanger yourself by matching your strength against an assailant. It builds coordination, balance and general fitness. It helps you develop physical awareness and to understand the mechanics of your own body. It is also mentally challenging and satisfying.
Finally, the instructors and the students at Leamington WingTsun are friendly, funny, and helpful. There's no macho competitiveness; everybody is genuinely interested in helping each other improve.
I am really enjoying my time at WT and I look forward to the months and years ahead as I improve in the art.

I have been training in Wing Tsun for 2 years now and have found it to be the most interesting and practical martial art that I have studied.
There is a big social element that has been brought to this class and a lot of new friends have been made within the students and instructors, not only from the Leamington school but also within the whole region.
An environment has been created where each student is encouraged to improve the knowledge of their own bodies and of the art in a way that is most helpful to the individual.
I have now been trained and helped to the point where I am confident enough to stand in front of students and help them as well as to fulfill a personal goal of opening my own School, something that I would never have considered when walking into the class on my first day.

I have been studying WingTsun with the aim of being an Instructor for three years and Wing Tsun has considerably changed my life for the better.
When I started, I was looking for something that would improve my physical health as I had been very unwell for over nine years, during this period I had come to let my illness rule my life and In pursuing Kung Fu I found the courage and mental fortitude to overcome my health issues and the resulting lack of confidence, I have been able to take control of my life once more.
Wing Tsun training has also given me the knowledge of how to deal with physical confrontations that can't be otherwise avoided, I have, many years ago been the victim of assaults; but now I have the confidence and enhanced awareness that I had long been missing.
The welcome I have had from the Wing Tsun community has also given me a more positive outlook on life, the encouragements and philosophies of my seniors, fellow instructors and students have all helped me develop in ways I never could have imagined prior to joining.
I have felt to be a valued member of the team, and growing the network will continue to be a big part of my life.

Becoming part of WingTsun has definatley developed me as a person, I’ve become more confident, fitter and my self esteem has grown so much, I have lost weight and I feel that I have been accepted into something I’d never thought I would be good at.
WingTsun has helped me look at life differently too, I now face things head on and make decisions that I would never have considered making before, I do not look back and regret, I look forward and create!
The biggest reward I personally get from WingTsun is teaching the children, Every time they show me something they have learnt or repeat words or phrases that they have put into their everyday lives I get a really big smile on my face, because they are enjoying themselves that much, the parents have show me drawings or photos of the children doing WingTsun and that just gives you a great feeling.
The future of WingTsun for me, Well I could not possibly imagine, There are so many options available for meto go to but one day i know ill have my own school and help other people achieve what they want to get from wingtsun.
i cant wait!

I have been doing wingtsun for about 6 years and am thoughly enjoying the journey. My favourite aspect of wingtsun is the variety of angels you can approach it from, I came from a competitive , sport fighting background and wanted to check out wingtsun's reputation for creating good fighters, but i have stayed because I greatly value the body , control, balance and depth at which the art can be studied.

I love learning WingTsun, you learn self defence, get fitter, and the people are the best social group that I have been lucky enough to meet. The classes are well taught and varied, it is not how you expect Martial arts to be, it is much better!
Mark Taylor
I decided to give martial arts another try after a 6 year absence and I'm so glad I took up Wing Tsun which is very different to anything.
